Not in a busy part of Porto. Walking distance to the beach front and restaurants. Felt like you were on holidays. Street parking out front.
One lift was a bit hit and miss.

Wonderful
This is not my first time at this hotel, and I plan to return again. It has a perfect location - a short walk away from the beach and with a convenient bus access to the city centre. I also like the breakfast, as there are a lot of options available.
People loitering next to the hotel entrance and asking for money, food, or cigarettes. It's a harrowing experience. Mind you, they don't look homeless, which would be ok (as they have no other choice), but rather just trying to get something from tourists. Hotel's security might want to look into this.
